    Who is Bufete for?

    Small law firms and solo lawyers.

    Where is my data stored?

    Hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union; details in our privacy notice. Encrypted daily backups. Documents are encrypted before they upload, so the stored files are unreadable without your keys.

    Who can read my documents?

    Only you. OnePDA staff cannot open them, and sharing with your firm is coming soon. We keep a few things readable to run the service: names and emails, your firm's name and logo, who belongs to it, short reminder texts (without client or case by default) and when a court email arrived. Everything else is encrypted.

    What happens to my data if I leave?

    Download a full encrypted backup of your data at any time. Account deletion is on request (self-service coming soon).

    Does it work outside Costa Rica?

    Yes, from any country. The deadline engine covers Costa Rican procedural rules only, and Bufete has no US court rules yet. Agenda, matters, documents and encryption work the same anywhere.

    How is the price worked out?

    $39 per user per month for lawyers and $15 for staff seats (secretary, accounting), in US dollars.

    Do the prices include taxes?

    Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply.

    Is there support in Spanish and English?

    Yes. Write to hello@onepda.cc or message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Spain and Costa Rica time). We answer within one working day, in either language.
