Do guests have to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code in the room and the guide opens in their phone's browser.
Which languages does it come in?
The guest guide is in English and Spanish, and guests switch with one tap. The dashboard your team uses is in Spanish for now.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on every plan. On Direct and Grow the set-up fee comes with the first invoice, once the trial is over.
Why do Direct and Grow have a set-up fee?
They include a website for your hotel and more to set up, which we do with you. The fee is €300 if you stay 12 months, or €600 if you'd rather go month to month. Guide has no set-up fee.
Can I cancel?
Guide, whenever you like. Direct and Grow, after 12 months if you chose the €300 set-up, or whenever you like with the €600 one.
Does it replace Booking.com or my channel manager?
No. Estancia looks after the stay: the guide, guest requests and the rooms. On Direct and Grow your own website adds a booking channel next to the ones you already use.
Where is the data kept?
In the European Union, with a backup every night.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. The computer at reception, a tablet or your phone will do.
