Real estate
Real estate marketing that brings in serious buyers, sellers and landlords.
We help small agencies and independent agents get found for the area they know, answer enquiries quickly and see which marketing brought a viewing. You approve everything before it goes live, and the accounts stay in your name.
What gets in the way.

Our fixYour own site and Google profile give people a reason to contact you directly, with your listings and your area on show.
“Enquiries arrive and I answer hours later.”
Our fixAn assistant on the site and WhatsApp handles the first questions, books viewings and passes the person to you.
“My site is a list of properties and nothing else.”
Our fixNeighbourhood and buyer or seller guides answer what people search before they look at a listing.
“I cannot tell which ads bring real buyers.”
Our fixWe count calls, forms and WhatsApp taps by source, so you see which campaign led to a viewing.

Suggested plan
Essentials, €390 a month
Local search is where many small agencies are found, and Essentials covers it: website care, local SEO and your Google profile. Add Growth later if you want email follow-up with buyers and sellers you already know.
Setup or build fees are separate. Ad spend is paid by you. Prices exclude VAT.
Questions.
Can you show my listings on my own site?
Yes. How they get there depends on your software: some systems export a feed, others we add by hand. We check what yours can do before quoting.
Are housing ads on Meta restricted?
Yes. Meta puts housing ads in a special category with limits on targeting by age, place and some interests. We build within those rules, and the creative and the area do more of the work.
How long does local SEO take to bring enquiries?
Months. That is why SEO has a 3-month minimum. Ads can send visitors sooner. We do not promise rankings or a number of leads.
Can you write area guides and market updates?
Yes, from €59 an article. You give us the local detail, we write the draft and you approve it before it goes live.
Can an assistant answer enquiries for me?
It can take the first questions about price, size and availability and book a viewing, then hand over to you. See the AI chatbot page.
Have you built a real estate site before?
Not yet. Our closest work is on the Work page: a hotel and a lawyer, both local businesses where a phone visitor needs a fast way to ask.
