Workflow automation and CRM
Business workflow automation that takes the repeat jobs off your desk.
We connect the tools you already use so leads, orders and stock update themselves. A tracker fills when an Instagram message arrives. An alert reaches your phone when a big order lands. Quoted per project, with small builds from €490.
Sound familiar?

How it works.
- Week 1
Map the job
We list what you repeat each week and pick the job that costs you the most time.
- Weeks 1 to 3
Build the first automation
A small build takes one to two weeks. Larger ones are scoped and timed in the quote.
- Week 2 to 3
Test on real data
We run it on your actual orders or leads and fix what breaks before it goes live.
- After launch
Hand over and extend
You get a short guide. We agree support in the quote, and add the next job when the first one runs well.
Who it suits.
This pays off where the same job repeats every week and mistakes are costly: shops with several channels, teams that track leads or matters, and small firms that live in spreadsheets.

What we won't promise.
- A number of hours saved. We estimate, we do not guarantee.
- That every tool connects. Some limit outside access, and we say so up front.
- A cure for an unclear process. We may suggest simplifying the job first.
- Zero attention afterwards. Automations need an occasional check.
How we work.
- You own the accounts, the data and the automations.
- We work through access you can revoke at any time.
- A fixed price for each project, agreed before we start.
Questions.
How much does workflow automation cost?
Small builds start at €490. Larger projects are quoted in writing after a call, with a fixed price. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
What can you automate?
Lead tracking, order and stock updates, alerts, dashboards, summaries and checks on your email flows. If a task repeats and follows clear rules, it is a candidate.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones you already use, such as Notion, Google Sheets, your store and your email platform. When a tool has no usable connection, we tell you before you commit.
Who owns the automations?
You do. They run in your accounts, and you can revoke our access at any time.
What happens if a tool changes and something breaks?
We add checks and alerts so a failed job tells you. Ongoing support is agreed in the quote.
Do you build chatbots too?
Yes. See the AI chatbot page, and email marketing for automated customer emails.
