No factory commission: no factory pays us, and it is written into the contract. How we work
Terms, in plain words.
For every service
- Projects are fixed price: you know the cost before we start.
- Projects: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.
- Two rounds of revisions are included (three on Business and Store sites). Extra changes are billed.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance. Monthly plans: 3-month minimum, then month to month. SEO and ads management on their own: 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Care plans on their own: month to month.
- You own everything: domain, accounts and data.
- No guaranteed rankings, sales or orders.
- Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Quotes are open for anything not on the list.
For sourcing from China
- You pay the factory directly. We hold no money for your goods.
- We take no commission from the factory, and the contract says so.
- You buy from the factory. We act as your agent, not as the seller.
- Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid.
- Confidentiality agreements and NNN agreements with the factory are available if you need them.
- The supplier report is refunded if we cannot find three suppliers that qualify.
Our rules.
- Everything is yours: domain, site, Google profile and accounts. No lock-in.
- A fixed price and a fixed date.
- A written list of what is not included.
- Off-site backups and a stated reply time.
- A monthly report in plain words.
Not included, not promised.
- Photos, video or logo design (apart from the logo refresh).
- Paid plugins or apps, or advertising.
- Google rankings or the top spot.
- Orders, sales or specific results.
- VAT, which is added to prices where it applies.
All prices are in euros. Dollar and pound figures on other pages are rounded conversions at about $1.15 and £0.85 per euro, for orientation. We invoice in euros, so the rate on the day will differ.
