What a cold email agency should and should not do.
Cold email works when the right person receives a short, relevant message from a real sender, with an easy way to say no. It fails when lists are bought, copy is generic and domains are burned in a month. The part that decides which outcome you get is the setup behind the message.
That is why we use separate sending domains, configure authentication properly and warm mailboxes up before the first send. It is also why we cap volume per mailbox. Sending fewer emails to better-chosen people gives you more replies than blasting a big list.
We follow EU GDPR and US CAN-SPAM rules. Every email names the sender and has a clear opt-out, and we honour removals straight away. We do not send cold email to Spain, Germany or Austria, where the rules for unsolicited B2B email are stricter. We work with the US, the UK and the rest of the EU.
It is B2B only. If your customers are consumers, a different channel will serve you better, and we will say so.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where it applies. Dollar and pound figures are rounded conversions at about $1.15 and £0.85 per euro, for orientation. We invoice in euros, so the rate on the day will differ.

- Projects: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

We cannot promise a number, and nobody honest can. We promise the right people, clear messages and weekly figures you can check.
Is it legal?
We follow EU GDPR and US CAN-SPAM rules, identify the sender in every message and honour opt-outs. We do not send to Spain, Germany or Austria.
Do I keep the domains and the list?
Yes. They are registered in your name, and you can have the list as a CSV whenever you ask.
