How it starts.

At handover
We move the hosting and accounts into your name and add the site to our monitoring.
Step 2
First month
We go through the site, the backups and the updates, and tell you what we found.
Step 3
Every month after
Growth and Store get the monthly report. You send changes by email or WhatsApp whenever you need them.

Not included.

Changes beyond your monthly time: €55 an hour, and we tell you before we start.
Unused time. It does not roll over to the next month.
Paid plugins and apps. You pay those directly.
Ads.

Site built elsewhere?

Care plans start when we hand over a site we built. If someone else built yours, we look at it first and tell you honestly whether we can take it on and what it would cost. Until we have looked, there is no price and no promise.

Can I cancel a care plan?

Yes. A care plan on its own runs month to month with no minimum term. If care comes inside a monthly plan such as the Essentials plan, that plan's own terms apply: a 3-month minimum, then month to month.

What counts as a change?

Small jobs you would normally ask a web person for, such as swapping a photo, editing a text, updating opening hours or a price. We count them in time, against your monthly allowance. Bigger jobs like new pages or a redesign get a written quote first.

What if I need more time than my plan includes?

Extra time is €55 an hour. We tell you before we go over and wait for your yes. Unused time does not roll over.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain, hosting account and data stay in your name, and we work through access you can remove.

Do you look after WordPress sites?

The Store plan is built around Shopify. For WordPress and other platforms we look at the site first and tell you whether we can look after it.

How fast do you reply?

Essential gets a reply within 3 working days, Growth within 48 hours and Store within 24 hours. Uptime monitoring runs on all three.
