What it can and cannot do.
A chatbot is good at the questions you answer every week: where you are, what you charge, when you are open, how delivery works, how to book. It answers at any hour and saves you the same typing. It also catches leads that would have left because nobody replied.
It is not a replacement for a person on anything that needs judgement, such as a complaint, a custom quote or a medical or legal question. We set it up to hand those over with the conversation attached. We also test it with awkward questions, so you know what it says when it is out of its depth.
The platform it runs on has its own fees, usually based on usage. You pay those directly to the provider, so you see the real cost and the account stays in your name. We help you pick a platform that fits the volume you expect.
If you are not sure a chatbot is the right tool, start with a free look at your contact page and your most common emails. If the same ten questions fill your inbox, a chatbot probably pays for itself. If not, we will say so.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where it applies. Dollar and pound figures are rounded conversions at about $1.15 and £0.85 per euro, for orientation. We invoice in euros, so the rate on the day will differ. You pay the AI platform fees, and the WhatsApp fees if you use WhatsApp, directly to the provider.

Will it make things up?

Which platforms do you use?
We pick the one that fits your volume and budget and explain the fees before you commit. The account stays in your name.
Can it book appointments or take payments?
It can collect booking details and pass them to you or to your booking tool. Taking payments in the chat is a separate piece of work we would quote.
What about customer privacy?
We tell visitors they are talking to an assistant, ask only for what you need and keep to your privacy notice. Tell us if you are in a regulated field so we plan for it.
