Automation agents that run a shop's back office

Online shop · scheduled agents

The problem.

Running an online shop means daily jobs that take the morning: reading last night's orders, comparing stock between two stores, chasing leads that arrive as Instagram messages, and checking that the email flows still work. We set up scheduled agents that do these jobs and send you the result. There is no live demo yet, so this page shows what each agent does.

How it works, step by step.

  1. Morning brief

Every morning the agent reads the shop's orders and stock and sends one short message with what you need to know.

You start the day with the picture, without opening five dashboards.

  2. Stock sync between two stores

When stock changes in one store, the agent updates the other.

Selling the same item in two places is where overselling starts. Keeping the numbers aligned removes that job.

  3. Order alerts

The agent watches for new orders and sends an alert to your phone, with the details you need to act.

Problems with orders get noticed in minutes, not at the end of the day.

  4. Instagram DMs into a Notion lead tracker

Each new direct message becomes a row in the tracker, with the sender, the message and the date.

Leads stop being buried in a chat inbox, and you can see who still needs an answer.

  5. Email-flow audit

On a schedule, the agent checks your email flows for broken or missing steps and sends a short report.

Email flows fail quietly. A regular check finds the problem before customers do.

How we would adapt this to your business.

  • Pick the jobs you repeat every week. We start with the one that costs you the most time and add others once it runs well.
  • Agents report and alert. You decide what to do with what they find.
  • We connect the tools you already use, such as your store, Notion, Instagram and your email platform.
