What Booksy does better
Booksy does several things that Cita does not.
- It brings new clients through its marketplace and Boost. If your diary depends on people finding you, that is a real advantage. Cita has no marketplace.
- It takes card payments inside the system, with published rates, and instant payouts.
- It puts more features in one price: waitlists, memberships, vouchers, custom forms and no-show protection.
- Its single price of €34.99 is below Cita at €59, and it includes more than Reservas at €19.
Where Cita fits
Cita fits when your clients already come by word of mouth or Instagram and you want a booking page of your own with your own agenda. The booking lands in your agenda, reminders go out under your business name, and you pay nothing per client.
For a team of four, Booksy comes to €34.99 + 3 × €8 = €58.99 a month plus VAT. Cita is €59 at list price, or €39 at the founding price for the first 10 businesses, with the team unlimited. The two do not include the same things, so compare what you need.
We have no marketplace, so we do not bring you new clients the way Boost does. We do not take card payments yet either.
Who should pick which
Pick Booksy if you want a marketplace to send you new clients, and card payments and extras such as memberships in the same tool. Pick Cita if you already have clients and want a booking page and agenda that are yours, with no percentage on any client.
